We offer free shipping on orders over $150.
For orders under $150, we offer the following standardized ground shipping rates:
- For 1 item: $15
- For 2 items: $17
- For 3 or more items: $19
Return shipping rates:
The same shipping rates apply for returns: $15 for 1 item, $17 for 2 items, and $19 for 3 or more items.
Do you need to change or cancel your order? Contact our Customer Service at admin@coreylynncalter.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to reasonable limits.
- Orders placed before 1 PM PST/3 PM EST Monday - Friday will be processed within 72 hours, excluding holidays, subject to availability and credit verification.
- Orders are expected to arrive within 5 - 9 business days, unless you have requested expedited service.
- If an item is out of stock or additional identification is required for credit verification, Customer Service will email you to follow up.
- Note: Delivery to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes is not available. We do not offer delivery on weekends or holidays.
CorCor ships within the United States and Europe. For shipping outside these regions, please contact Customer Service at admin@coreylynncalter.com.
Price adjustments are honored within 3 days of the sale, excluding FLASH and FINAL SALE items, and do not apply to items added after the sale ends.
Returns:
- Items must be returned in unworn, undamaged condition within 7 days of receipt. For a return label, contact CorCor at admin@coreylynncalter.com.
- Merchandise must be returned to the address provided below within 14 days of initiating the return.
- Return shipping charges apply as follows: $15 for 1 item, $17 for 2 items, and $19 for 3 or more items.
- Final sale items or those marked below 49% off cannot be returned or refunded. Additional markdown items are also non-returnable/non-refundable.
- If opting to use a different shipping service for returns, please note that CorCor is not responsible for lost items. Be sure to keep a record of your carrier and tracking information. Include your original sales slip in the return package.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For inquiries about exchanges, please contact customer service.
- When possible, exchanges will be facilitated based on the original purchase conditions.
